We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Senior Marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Part of marketing department to run campaigns and promotion for restaurants (dine-in and delivery)
- Work with designers for marketing promotions (videos and promotions)
- Analysis of marketing promotions and outcomes
- Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote a company's products and services to customers.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
- Manage promotional activities.
- Plan and implement creative campaigns on various social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B marketing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Proven track record in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
- Exceptional communication in Khmer and English, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Versatile and agile profile capable of multitasking.
