Direct Reporting to: Senior HR officer
Indirect report to: HR/GA and finance manager
Local IT/BIT INDC support and coordinate with FSAPME BIT/IT and 3rd party partner. This role will perform as general IT help desk, SAP technical support, and new business project and business enhancement project.
- Be General IT Helpdesk
- Support local teams on IT technical issue and work independently with regional IT to fix issue when needed. SAP Technical Support
- Work with regional IT and free will team to support on SAP technical New Business Projects and Business Enhancement Projects Coordinate with Regional FSAPME / Freewill AMS Team related to any new project and business enhancement.
- Business Data Analysis and Data Solutions Management
- Other tasks assigned from regional IT/BIT.
- Pursue or fresh graduate bachelor degree in information technology
- Able to work under the pressure deadline.
- Good team player, interpersonal skill
- Good in time management and priority the task.
- Proficiency in computer skill
- Fluently in English
