Purpose:
- To promote our infant milk powder products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within your assigned territory
- play a key role in educating HCPs about the benefits of our products and ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions for their patients.
Accountabilities:
- Strong understanding of infant nutrition and development.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including pediatricians, neonatologists, dietitians, and nurses.
- Conduct educational presentations on infant nutrition and our company's infant milk powder products.
- Provide scientific data and clinical research to support product claims.
- Answer questions from HCPs about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track sales activity and report on progress towards achieving sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest infant nutrition trends.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and ethical guidelines for promoting infant milk powder products.
- Recruit new user via HCPs
- Conduct Sales in shop around hospitals
- Provide product samples if approved and educational materials to hospital staff.
- Track and report on product recommendations and usage within assigned hospitals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.
- Other tasks assigned by Field Medical Manager or superiors.
- Education
- bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition or a related field (preferred)
- Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales role.
