Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote pesticide products in the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to pesticide products.
- Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the pesticides or agricultural industry.
- Strong knowledge of pesticide products and their applications.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
