The supply under the civil works of Sport Facilities Construction located at Prek Toil Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh.
The work is required by CCF (hereinafter called "CCF '') now invites sealed bids to eligible contractors (hereinafter called "The Bidders’) join the bid.
The Invitation for Bid (IFB) consists of this cover page, step and the following below:
1. The qualified bidders must be attached:
– Patent/License of bussiness
– Having specifiction location/address
– Good background with other companies/NGO
2. Interested and qualified eligible contractors are invited to receive a copy of the bidding documents at CCF Head office from 13th March 2025 during working hours (8:00 to 12:00 PM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM).
3. Bidders may visit and be deemed to have visited the project site on 17th March 2025at
9:30am at address Prek Toil Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh or contact to 010 2222 46 /086 666 269.
4. Bid clarification: A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification scope of works, BOQ and bidding document may notifiy CCF in writing to procurement@cambodianchildrensfund.org The response will be made in writing to any request for clarification on 19th March 2025.
5. The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00PM on 24th March 2025 at the address shown
below. The sealed bids will be opened internally by the CCF procurement committees on the same day by 2:30PM.
6. Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis and the bidder submitting the lowest substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for award of contract.
