We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Stock/Inventory Controller.
This role will responsible on managing inventory stock and support to order and build up spare part.

- Managing inventory levels, including stock re-orders and replenishment
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock base on stock level and order required
- Monitor weekly and Monthly stock
- Ensure part movement base on first in first out stock.
- Generate purchase requisition and ensuring orders are placed regularly with suppliers.
- Keep updated inventory records (include daily shipments),.
- Coordinate regular inventory audit internal and external.
- Support parts requirements out of working hours, if required.
- Flexible to provided all kinds of inventory when teachers and principle needed
- Help prepare all kinds of inventory when needed to decorate for some big events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1 years’ inventory stock control
- At least 1 years in stock control and purchasing with supplier
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and familiar with inventory management system
- Good communication skill with supplier
- Proficiency in local and English languages (Speaking, listening and writing)
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)
- Flexible, Self-motivated, and good communication with team
