The Senior Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of Koh Pich, Bassac Garden, and Norea City. This role involves ensuring the implementation of best practices in security management, overseeing the work of Security Managers, and ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and key performance indicators. The Senior Security Manager will act as the main liaison between the Security Advisory Committees and Security Executive Committees.

- Supervise and coordinate security operations across all three projects (Koh Pich, Koh Norea, and Bassac Garden).
- Ensure the effective implementation of SOPs, policies, strategies, training programs, and crisis management policies.
- Guide and support the Security Managers to maintain high security standards.
- Work closely with Security Advisory and Executive Committees to align strategies and provide updates.
- Develop and implement training programs for the security team with the collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Ensure all personnel are equipped with the necessary tools and skills for optimal performance.
- Establish protocols for handling critical incidents and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
- Conduct regular assessments and drills to enhance incident response capabilities.
- Monitor adherence to security policies and recommend updates as needed.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and other relevant agencies for enhanced security measures.
- 5+ years of experience in security management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Understanding of Cambodian labor laws, security regulations, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of laws related to workplace safety, emergency response, and crime prevention in Cambodia.
- Familiarity with crisis management, SOP development, and law enforcement collaboration.
- Good physical fitness to perform on-site inspections and emergency response activities.
- Prefer a local candidate with international workforce experience
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during off-hours is required.
