The Ajinomoto Group has established a presence in 22 countries and regions throughout the world in order to expand its business operations in food products, amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and other fields.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing and preparing HR development plan.
- Plan, coordinate and direct the activities of the recruitment, selection, testing, training of employees, employee & labor relations, health and safety.
- Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Provides consultative to departmental managers and supervisory personnel concerning disciplinary problems and interpretation and enforcement of law, rules, regulation and procedures.
- Organize and conduct company events such as; annual party, annual trip and other PR activity.
- Prepare and manage payroll, benefits and other compensation.
- Manage the implementation of ISO requirement, training & recruitment.
- Prepare annual HR and GA budget
- Bachelor's degree of business management or related field.
- Knowledge of Cambodia labor law
- At lease 2 years experience as HR global company.
- Friendly, politely, and honesty
- Good at communicate and problems solving
