Our center had created as of an ODA project and was established through cooperation between the Human resource of Development Service of Korea and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational training in Cambodia. It is a reintegration center that provides vocational training that is desired in the job market to migrant workers who have worked in other countries and returned to Cambodia, and to those who want to start a business, it provides entrepreneurship education to help them succeed in starting a business. Our center helps migrant worker to settle down economically and professionally not only in Cambodia but also in other countries.
The main role of this job is to increase the contact points of the six vocational training units with the outside, ultimately increasing the employment success rate of migrant workers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in marketing and promoting employment training for migrant workers
- Finding employment companies, developing and operating internships
- Organizing and operating job fairs
- Providing employment-related information and job matching opportunity
- Communication and cooperation with external organizations related to migrant workers
- Promote and guide the center's vocational training programs
- Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for related tasks
- Assist in organizing the Center's events
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of CRMW
Key Requirements:
- BA degree or comparable qualification
- A high level of understanding of the job market status and have career consulting or HR -related training experience
- At least 4 years of professional working experience in a similar position
- Computer skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email
- Excellent verbal and written English and Khmer language skills, Korean language is an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and Excellent communication skills
- Very good networking facilitating collaboration to achieve objectives
