Duties
- Organising the clean energy events, workshops, and seminars
- Support in the development of the event agenda, including scheduling sessions, speakers, and activities.
- Communicate with speakers to confirm their participation, gather bios and presentation materials, and assist with their logistical needs.
- Support in coordinating venue arrangements such as seating, audio-visual equipment, signage, and accessibility needs.
- Assist in managing the event registration process, including tracking registrations, sending confirmations, and managing the attendee database.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to promote the events
- Assist with surveys and M&E summary and report of the events
- Assist in drafting and sending emails to speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees
- Work collaboratively with the program team, providing support wherever needed to ensure the event's success.
Eligibility, Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Currently pursuing/freshly graduated with bachelor’s degree in environmental science, renewable energy, sustainability, event management, communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Applicants are not required to have professional work experience but prior experiences in event management are desired;
- Fluent in Khmer (written and oral)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral) is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in clean energy, sustainability, and environmental issues.

- Knowledge and strong interest in Clean Energy sector;
- Outgoing, proactive, and initiative-taking person;
- Able to communicate effectively when working with the team and independently;
