Key Responsibilities
You play a key role in designing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance visibility, acquire clients, and foster loyalty in a professional (B2B) context.
1. B2B Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and oversee the marketing and communication strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Identify target audiences and segment the market to tailor actions for each segment (DMCs, tour operators, EU market, US market, etc.).
- Monitor trends and innovations to anticipate client needs and optimize campaigns.
2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Design and implement acquisition campaigns (emailing, online advertising, webinars, events, etc.).
- Optimize prospecting tools and channels: CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Analyze and maximize campaign performance to generate qualified leads.
3. Communication and Brand Image
- Develop a communication strategy to strengthen the company’s reputation among professionals.
- Produce and coordinate the creation of B2B content (white papers, case studies, articles, videos, etc.).
- Optimize the existing showcase website.
- Manage professional events (trade shows, conferences).
4. Performance Management and Analysis
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular analyses of results and propose strategic adjustments.
- Manage the B2B marketing and communication budget, ensuring optimal ROI.
5. Internal and External Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing actions with field needs.
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, digital communication) and service providers.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Skills and Qualities Required
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and automation tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp).
- Ability to analyze data to guide strategies (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of the specific needs of the B2B market.
Personal Qualities
- Strategic mindset and ability to anticipate trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creativity to design impactful and differentiating content & campaigns.

Profile Sought
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in the tourism sector.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English.
