Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting teaching schedules for teachers
- Arranging covers make up test for end of term test
- Managing room usage and allocation
- Test and CD sorting and handing to teachers
- Making students' academic records
- Coordinating events/functions such as graduation and staff parties
- Other tasks as requested by the management
- A university degree
- Previous related experience is highly preferred
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good organizational ability, customer service skills and communication skills
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
