Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in HR Management or General Management;
• Minimum two-year experience in HR or administrative works;
• Knowledge of Cambodia labor law; especially NSSF;
• Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English;
• Good presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of NSSF latest software
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email;
• Good knowledge of office Administration and filling documents and statistic report;
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills;
• Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible;
• Good problem solving skills
