Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection to safeguard company data. Ensure company networks, computers devices are secure, free from viruses, spy ware and malware… etc.
- Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff: Software & hardware, business system, and Microsoft 365.
- Hardware, Software, Systems and Networks Function. e.g: Computers, software, printers, devices, Wi-Fi, Internet, CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control. IT-related systems and services are provided and support to staff, so they can perform their work. IT-related systems are maintained in good-working order.
- Data Backup Plan ensures business continuity, in the event of hardware or software failure.
- Exploring and developing new capabilities (new ways to improve business via technologies, e.g. AI integration)
- Assist in develop/up-to-date IT documentation
Key Requirements:
- Year 4 or Year-end internship program or Fresh graduated in computer sciences/IT
- Good computer skills, hardware installation, software setup and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites ….
- Knowledge of Windows server, Computer network, and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
- Be able to communicate in English (e.g. listening and writing skills)
- Adaptable and able to work both independently and with a team
- Action-oriented capability and be able to learn quickly
