The Chief – HRD at EAMU is responsible to improve the performance, commitment and competencies of our staff; and develop the graduate attributes (4Cs) in our student graduates.
- Determining training needs through analysis of skill gaps in employees.
- Organising activities to promote staff cohesion, teamwork and loyalty to company.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning to develop staff competencies and abilities.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to improve employee and student skills and knowledge.
- Advising on career development plans and providing guidance to employees.
- Collaborating with management at all levels to identify areas for HR improvement.
- Ensuring that training and development programs comply with relevant requirements and development outcomes for both staff and students.
- Reporting progress and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Qualification: At least a degree in Education, Psychology, HR or related professional qualification
- A HR practitioner with extensive experience in soft skills training and HR developments with expertise in using HR metric and tools.
- Strong work ethics, quick learner, responsible and a positive attitude in a people-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (using English)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Able to counsel, motivate and inspire trainees during training
- Developer of training programs
