Contract Title: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Voltage Stabilizer
1. The Royal Government of Cambodia has received grant from the Global Fund Grant through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) toward the cost of the Global Fund Project with the Program titled: 2021 COVID-19 Response Mechanism Additional Funding for Cambodia from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 and which is being implemented under the overall responsibility of Ministry of Economy and Finance as the Principal Recipient (MEF/PR) and implemented by Ministry of Health as the Lead Implementer Team (MoH/LIT) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the proposed contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Voltage Stabilizer.
2. The Ministry of Health/Lead Implementer Team (MOH-LIT) now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Voltage Stabilizer, RFB No. MoH-LIT- 1999/ICB/2024/G15. All Bidders are eligible to participate in this bidding.
3. Procurement will be conducted through international competitive bidding (procedure as specified in the RGC Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/ Programs (Updated Version: December 2019) and under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the procedures of the Global Fund.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00 to 17:00 at the address given below:

The bidding document could be downloaded (for international bidders) when emailing/informing to the address below or may be obtained free-of-charge (for local bidders) by interested eligible Bidders from MoH-LIT, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00-5:30 PM. This request for bids is published in https://devbusiness.un.org website and the local newspapers (Khmer and English).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15/ January / 2025 at 11:00 am.
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives (with their power of attorney and ID) who choose to attend at the address given below on 15/ January / 2025 at 11:00 am.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of 2% of the Bid Price as specified in ITB 19.
