Key Requirements: 

• Certificate of Pedagogy in teaching is preferable.
• At least 3 Years of teaching experience
• Good command of Chinese.
• Good oral and written communication skill
• Good presentation skills
• Good command of computer (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail, & Ms. Project)
• High level of diplomacy & confidentiality required
• Good knowledge of creative customer service, marketing, and operation development and complaint handling
• Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision making, conflict solving, facilitating skills and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multi-projects simultaneously, with attention to details and timelines, the company-wide context for decision and legal implication
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily and collaboratively
