The
Sport Club Coordinator is responsible for supervising the preparation,
implementation, and evaluation of sports and leisure activities for the
children in the After-School Program (Grades 1 - 6) and Scholarship
Students (Grades 7 -12) as well as weekend games and leisure activities
for different age groups. Apart from caring for physical needs, and
offering educational and leisure activities, the team’s focus is on a
holistic approach by including the spiritual needs of the individual.

Responsibilities
- Lead and Ensure the growth of Social Staff and University Scholarship Students (USS) by setting and monitoring their growth plans and APR Goals
- Meet weekly with the SE Coordinator and proactively update about the current state of the program (success, challenges, areas where help is needed)
- Fulfilling all necessary admin tasks such as work schedules, work tasks, and further development of the programs within the given deadline
- Perform other duties as required by the leader of the ICF Education Team.
- Creating class schedules based on the staff situation (clear assignment of class responsibilities, vacation and sick leave schedules)

Ensure
the quality of age-appropriate sports classes in which the
children/teenagers can discover and develop their God-given talents
- Research and brainstorm with the team about sports activities suitable for the classes.
- Lead Team and ensure that sports activities are connected with Christian values and students can take out learning of each of the sports classes
- Write down the required lesson plan and supervise the Club Team in doing it
- Schedule trainings and meetings for USS, Assistants and Volunteers to improve their skills

Creating a clear, passionate, outstanding concept of how to reach children and young people at the weekend
- Join proactive leader's meetings and bring in updates, ideas and current situations of the weekend program. Share important information with the team
- Weekly meetings with the responible Club Facilitator for planning the weekend programs
- Creating long-term available offers for free time activilites for kids/ teenagers
- Creating a specail offer that is exchanged reguslary to teach childred a growth mindset through playful offers
- Scheduling assistants for appropriate areas so that staff have time to talk to children in small groups or 1:1 with children during the weekend program
- Ensure the safety of program participant
- Active collaboration with Creative and Play ministry on weekends. Joint briefing with all staff and helpers. Flexibility to assign assistants to Creative and Play activities as needed
- Proactively reach out to parents coming to campus to build relationships
- Passion to empower families/youth and children in need and invest in other people
- Actively engaged in involvement in ICF Activities (eg. celebrations, small groups, discovering and similar), gatherings and meetings
- Working experience in leadership and social skills/community development
- Good English speaking and writing (Intermediate level)
- Critical and connected thinking
- Ability to read, implement and develop processes
- Good computer skills, including e-mail and Google Drive tools
- General time management and organization skill
