The sales & marketing manager is a key role in leading the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives and profit goals of the company. That includes working closely with business partners, agencies, and relevant departments within the company to ensure the plans and initiatives are properly prepared and well-executed with our business objectives. The desired candidate will play a significant role in developing and managing critical touch-points that our customers interact with every day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define sales and marketing strategies and address business challenges to minimize risks and maximize commercial opportunities
- Keep ahead of analysis of the marketplace (competitors, trends, activities, best practices), target customers and use social and digital tools to actively transform them into actionable ideas, initiatives, and campaigns to drive business success/growth
- Identify potential market for the diversification of business activities.
- Coordinate and assist in the development of new events, focusing on advertising and promoting our services to our new customers and maintaining good relations with our existing customers.
- Analyze business data related to sales volume of our services, prepare sales reports and submit them to the top management.
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and requirements to define promotions’ objectives.
- Point of contact for private helicopter owner on helicopter management related matters
- Work on sales contracts with our customers
- Actively attend social events to advertise, promote, and sell our services
- Other tasks as assigned by the top management
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- A minimum of 5-year experience in sales and marketing, experience in a tourism and hospitality industry is a plus
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, good team leader, and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well-organized and willing to travel to customer site
- Good attitude and honest
