To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator based in Phnom Penh.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing education and School Quality Assurance Framework, including assessment framework and standard test (test bank) and conducting internal assessments such as mock tests or any standard tests across CCF schools. The incumbent regularly evaluates the school program implementation and internal quality assurance across CCF schools and comes up with reports and recommendations for improvement. In addition, he/she provides coaching, training and support to the school management team, subject leaders and teachers to successfully implement the assessment and quality assurance frameworks. The position works with stakeholders to co-lead the classroom action research to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning that improve students' learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of the comprehensive education and School Quality Assurance Framework focusing on the coherence of a school’s system and performance.
Administer mock tests and assist with the test design for monthly, every semester and any school competitions to improve and strengthen learning quality.
Develop a test bank for all subjects with the support of school subject leaders.
Collect, record, and analyse different types of data on aspects of students' performance and provide comprehensive, regular quality assurance reports on students to the school and education management teams.
Analyse and compare students' results with PISA-D, Literacy and Numeracy Standard, Local and International Competition and report to relevant stakeholders.
Assist and assess the development and implementation of co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Co-lead in classroom action research to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning that improve students' learning outcomes.
Assess the teaching and learning quality in classrooms.
Support the design of the new curriculum and materials, which aims to meet the demands of all stakeholders with competitive educational quality.
Support reviewing the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management to ensure the learning and teaching outputs.
Conduct six six-month or annual internal quality assurance to all schools in CCF.
In accordance with the School Curriculum Blueprint, the school monitors and evaluates its whole school performance, including its quality of teaching and learning, school environment, resource management, and ways of promoting inclusive teaching practices.
Requirements
Ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work.
Bachelor's degree in an Education field.
Certificate of pedagogy in any Science subject.
3 years of professional experience in school quality assurance and assessment.
Experience designing formative and summative assessments; familiar with international test standards or PISA-D.
Experience working in curriculum and pedagogy development in a school setting.
Knowledge & skills in school quality assurance and assessment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including willingness and ability to positively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English.
Good at ICT skills.
