To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Media Production Coordinator based in Phnom Penh.
Reporting
Reports to: Media Production Supervisor
Manage: N/A
Key Liaison: Marketing Team and Fundraising Teams
Key Responsibilities
Support the media production team by taking photographs, coloring, filming and editing video.
Manage workload of multiple simultaneous projects with differing complexity, content, deadlines and technical issues in the production and post-production stages.
Develop concepts and responding to project briefs.
Search for stories, translation, and producing photo case studies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing & Communication Department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Photography or equivalent degree.
At least 2 years of increasingly responsible experience, visual production experience including filming, post-production and photo shoots.
Experience of photo editing with Adobe software.
Portfolio of work highlighting portrait and street photography style.
Knowledge of all phases of photography and photo editing.
Knowledge of all phases of videography and video editing.
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills and well organized.

Be highly responsible, flexible and committed.
Willing and compassion to work with community people and children from difficult backgrounds.
