Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)

- Manage the quality and quantity accuracy, and ensuring that products meet company standards before being accepted into inventory of inventory for general and medical supply.
- Inventory planning, forecasting demand to ensure the right amount of stock is available at all times to avoid overstocking or understocking.
- Purchase orders and replenishment orders to ensure stock levels are maintained according to demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Check and review current inventory level, optimizing warehouse space and storage layouts to maximize efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
- Label inventory items that will be used.
- Records the in and out of the items and create monthly inventory report.
- Coordinate with the logistic team for purchase order, stock, transfer and delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the inventory management system.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed.
- Graduated bachelor degree in Administrative or related fields.
- Work Experience at least 1 to 2 experiences in management and administrative.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good teamworking, and organizational skills.
- Christian.
