Teuk Saat 1001 is a NGO, established in 2007. Our main mission is to develop and maintain water kiosks in the rural communities to improve the access of safe drinking water in a sustainable manner.
The role of Teuk Saat 1001, besides developing station, is to support the entrepreneurs by providing a range of services such as technical support, monthly water quality monitoring and personalized coaching.
Today, through a network of 1000 entrepreneurs, operating 340 stations, in 18 provinces, O-We (brand of Teuk Saat 1001) is serving, on the daily basis, more than 1,000,000 beneficiaries, including 376,000 children.
Teuk Saat 1001 is the local partner of the French non-profit 1001fontaines. 1001fontaines is also active in Madagascar, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
Teuk Saat 1001 is planning to upgrade and revamp is network, to increase the daily production and impact in the local communities where the infrastructures are in place. We are looking for a new position to support and standardize the development and implementation of the project integrated into the local team.
Location: Kampong Speu and/or Takeo/ Kampot, Kandal, Tbong Khmum and/or Kratie .
Directly report to : Regional Operation Manager
Type of Contract : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period.

- To ensure the Good Practices & guidelines are applied in all the sites
- To participate and animate monthly on-site coaching to strengthen entrepreneur capacity, according to guidelines
- To organize and implement monthly entrepreneur training according to the plan
- To analyses the business KPIs and advice the entrepreneur to ensure a better performance of the kiosk
- To advice entrepreneur on develop his/her sales
- To ensure marketing guidelines are implemented properly by the entrepreneur
- To develop and ensure smooth communication between local authorities, community, school and entrepreneur
- To ensure the standards of water treatment, hygiene and sanitation are respected
- To collect and entry the data of the stations into dedicated software
- To provide materials for site production (filters, reagent, plastic seal film, jugs…) & marketing materials (logos, leaflet, banners…)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree: sales, marketing or business management
- 5 years experiences as field facilitator, business advisor, sales or marketing officer
- Up to 28 years old
- Excellent communication skills (especially with local authorities)
- Strong ethic and values
- Mostly travel to province (80% of the time)
