Your Role:
Working closely with ISF’s Head of Development and Communications and in collaboration with the entire department, the Fundraising Officer (FO) will play a key role in identifying and cultivating diverse fundraising opportunities, including individual donors, corporate partners, and private foundations. While contributing to the overall fundraising strategy, the FO will primarily focus on creating and maintaining strong donor and partner relationships, overseeing donor communications, and supporting the application and reporting processes.
Accountability and Relationships
- Reports to the Business Development Coordinator and directly to the Chief Executive
- This is a junior position with opportunity of growth inside the organization
Responsibilities
- Produce (and support to production) contents (video/photos/graphic arts) for social media and marketing purpose
- Manage and monitor Chief Executive’s platforms (Facebook and Linkedin) following ISF’s brand guidelines and social media plan.
- Translate marketing and promotional materials, online content and media, press releases
- Prepare donation receipts and financial supporting documents related to fundraising activities
- Provide administrative and logistical support on all events and campaigns, from planning and organizing to execution
- Supporting the team with other activities as required
Competency and requirements
- Native Khmer speaker
- Good level of English
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure and as part of a multicultural team
- Minimum experience required and interest in marketing and communication field
- Be honest, have high commitment and willing to learn
- Experience using Canva for simple design, and social media (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin)
- Photography skill
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premier, etc.)
- Knowledge / experiences in professional graphic design is preferable.
Working hours and benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day unless otherwise agreed with the Line Manager.
Benefits:
- 300 - 500 USD gross based on experience
- 18 days annual leave a year plus public holiday
