We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant & IT Support Specialist. This dual-role position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively contribute to our digital marketing efforts while providing essential IT support to ensure smooth technological operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create and manage content for the company’s website and social media channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT resources.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems.
- Document technical procedures and provide user training as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g. social media platforms).
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media trends.
