Over the past 46 years, Kinderland has expanded its presence to 12 countries, with 120 schools serving over 20,000 students across the region. In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh.
- Plan and brainstorm strategies on student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and strong response in parents’ outreach assigned to marketing.
- Support assigned roles in implemented sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract students recruitment by marketing team.
- Support team members in the market research and development of marketing and sales strategies for the company to attract students recruitment.
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets by quarter and the year
- Create and present sales recruitment performance and pipeline reports weekly
- Contact potential and existing customers/ parents on the phone, per email, and in person
- Handle customers’ and prospects’ questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Produce own network for sales prospects in order to attract and recruit new students
- Consistent follow up with new recruited parents for after sales effectiveness Design and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract students recruitment
- Develop relevant processes and procedures to enhance team work flow that include smooth communication, transparency and sharing
- Ensure timely team updates of pipeline and sales prospects updates
- Drive student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
- Establish partnerships with relevant organisations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events.
- participate in extracurricular activities, such as outings, lunchtime clubs, social activities and sporting events.
- Assisting Supervisors / Heads in any projects or tasks in relation to school goals and objectives.
- Participating in all School events.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in sale, Marketing and communication or equivalence field
- Having relevant working experience or as a professional sale is plus
- Good knowledge of speaking and writing English
- Good computer skill, MS. Office including typing in both Khmer and English or MS. Design (if)
- Good command of English and Chinese (if)
- Ability cross-functional teams
- Strong conceptualization analytical skills
- Willing travel outside Phnom Penh if required
- Dynamic, honest, friendly, flexible and able to work under pressure.
