Position: Administrative Officer (Khmer Enterprise)__Deadline:02-November

Khmer Enterprise (KE) is hiring many positions to join our growing team and support Cambodia's entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Liaising with internal staff, external stakeholders to relay information and address inquiries effectively.
  • Coordinates travel logistics such as arranging staff mission/travel, transportation, flight ticket, insurance, catering or refreshment arrangement
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Optimizing the layout and utilization of space within the co-working facility to accommodate different work styles and preferences. Managing desk and office space allocations, meeting room bookings, and event space reservations.
  • Orientation guideline onboarding and office tour.
  • Implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to safeguard the office premises, assets, and personnel. This includes monitoring access control systems, overseeing CCTV surveillance, and enforcing safety regulations.
  • Coordinating with delivery drivers or courier services to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently
  • Oversee office inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure all office supplies are stocked, such as stationery, printing paper, letterheads, and envelopes.
  • Assisting in the development and management of the administrative budget. This includes tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficiencies.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.
Key Requirements: 
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and or related field
  • At least 1 year of proven experience related to the position
  • Good understanding in Ms Office & Google Workspace
  • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent in people, time, and task management
  • Good command of Khmer and English languages
  • Problem-solving attitude & critical thinking

Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.
