Reporting Line: Transport Manager
Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided
- Support dispatcher for optimization of truck utilization
- Review the signed delivery notes of completed deliveries.
- Monitor the Trucks with the GPS System (Delays/Route Deviation from Journey Plan/ Unplanned Stops/etc.)
- Support in the Deviation Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
- Coordinate checking invoice from transporters
- Support Fleet Supervisor for truck management and maintenance
- Coordinate transport meeting
- Other tasks assigned by Transport Manager
- Educational background: Fresh Graduated of Administration, Accounting, Economic, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Admin or others related field are encouraged to apply
- Skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge: MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency
- Willing to learn, honest and be able to work under pressure
- Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.
