The
role of the Program & Administration manager covers coordination
and leadership of the administrative processes, MEAL processes, event
coordination, Health, Mother Care, and Counseling program.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective communication between Program & Administration team, Head of Social and the Social Core team
- Connecting and networking with ICF Leaders for exchange of information and positive collaboration
- Overview Social Program & Administration team activities, managing according to the Social strategy papers
- Direct leadership and training of the Program & Administration team
- Support and assistance to Head of Social in Job role
- Intentional development of positive Team Culture and fostering of teamwork within Program & Administration Team
- Excellent English & Khmer speaking and writing
- Critical and connected thinking
- Professional interactions with local authorities
- Ability to read, implement and develop new processes
- Excellent computer skills, including e-mail, windows, word processing, and spreadsheet. Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and tools, ability to work with data, analytical skills
- General time management and organization skills
- Ability to learn and adapt, stay flexible and critically develop processes
