Reports To Assistant Store Manager
The role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the store.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle store operations and lead a team of Crew.
- Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved.
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers.
- Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Guide and monitor the work performance of all staff.
Key Requirements:
- BACII, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in the food and beverage industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage)
- Able to use English both speaking and writing
- Quality-driven and customer-centric
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
