Reports To Shift Supervisor
The Crew is responsible to carry out all pre, during and post operations tasks of the store.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the store (front-of-house and back-of house) for business operations.
- Assist to run Shift and to ensure the following practices are carried out in your store.
- Performing station functions in Service/Kitchen area
- Handle cleaning of dining and kitchen area
- Carry out stewarding duties
- Perform cashiering duties
- Handle customer queries
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
Key Requirements:
- Secondary school education
- Working experience is not required
- Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
