Position: Factory Manager (Saekaraj Transfo Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:04-July

Location:  Phnom Penh

Saekaraj Transfo is a leading manufacturer of electricity distribution transformer in Cambodia
The Manager will oversee the daily operations of our transformer manufacturing facility, ensuring that production meets quality standards and customer requirements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of transformer design and production process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that production schedules are met, balancing efficiency with quality requirements.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in managing the operational budget with a focus on cost control.
• Support the design and development of transformers to meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist the Director in implementing strategic plans and objectives.
• Work with sales, marketing, administration, and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure the maintenance team is effectively maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
• Work closely with the quality control team to maintain high product standards and address any quality issues promptly.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering or a related field
• Experience in a management role within the manufacturing industry for 5 years as a minimum
• Proven track record of managing production and achieving quality goals.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Experience with transformer design and understanding of relevant engineering principles.
