Role Description:

The HR and Admin Executive will be undertake the duties that controlling stock, and assist HR and Admin Manager on tasks as the described below:
Details and Duties:
HR
- Support recruitment function by overseeing the recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding procedures.
- Monitor staff contracts, and personnel files and Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal details, employment history, and certifications.
- Administer payroll processes, benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist to help for HR policy updating, preparing memo, business letter, and other internal announcement
- Assist on HR compliance
- Assist to help for any staff concerns related to HR policy, benefit, etc
Administrative
- Oversee the daily operations of the administrative office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Control on office supplies, stationary supplier, kitchen supplies, and make sure purchase are requested and have available in stock.
- Yearly count and update of fix asset each year, and preparing monthly food expanse report.
- Support in resolving any administrative issue and extension of expat staff visa and work permit with agency
- Assist in preparing staff retreat such as organizing accommodation and travels, etc
- Control and monitor any request to booking the meeting room, coordinator on slide projector and make sure it’s well organizing
- Prepare NSSF payment and support relevant staff in preparing the draft of incident/ accident or health issues to NSSF for claiming
- Working closely with other department and staff to organizing school activities such Parent Morning, Parent Teacher Conference, Professional Development Day, etc
- Preparing annual school calendar year by following Prakas of MoLVT and school policy
- Manage on security, safety and office maintenance and facilities
- Update internal database (Ex. O.T, Annual, Sick or maternity leave Record)
- Overlook and prepare attendance and annual leave report
- Assist on organize staff training sessions, workshop and activities
- Any other task as assigned by HR and Admin Manager
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in the specific field, preferably in an educational or international setting.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, highly responsible, and reliable
- Good computer literacy (Internet and E-mail, Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good at communication skills and self-motivated
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence, and motivation
- Good in English (Writing, Speaking, listening)
