Reporting Line: Manager, Treasury & Reporting
Period of intern: 6 months up to 1year
- Ensure an accuracy of treasury cycle of the entity (incoming and outgoing payment)
- Reconcile and ensure proper accounting records of entity transactions
- Proactively performs preventive quality controls and takes correctives actions when necessary
- Ensure full compliance to the company’s HSEQ procedures and guidelines
- Assist in reviewing customer accounts and propose for the clearing
- Assist in reconciliation of the daily collection, i.e. by Cash, Cheque and Bank transfer, ensure complete and timely posting into SAP
- Assist in reviewing vendor accounts and propose for clearing (Part of balance sheet clen up project).
- Assist in reviewing unknown incoming payment
- Other task assigned by direct supervisor
- Education: Fresh Graduate student in Accounting Finance or Banking
- Skills: Understanding of mathematics and the accounting flows
- Language: Good command of Khmer/English writing and speaking.
