kRiverCat is a domestic construction firm. This is exciting opportunity to be involved in our projects working for our private sector clients.
Salary :
- Start USD 500 per month in probation period 3 months.
- Review salary after 6 months based on performance.
- Assist Construction Manager (CM) to Coordinated design of building.
- Assist Design Architect and (CM) to ensure construction is built in according to design Drawing.
- Assist (CM) to inspect QA/QC at construction site and conduct setting out survey.
- Assist MD & (CM) to select construction materials.
- Assist MD and (CM) to quantify BOQ.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report
- At least 4 years experiences
- At least bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineer or Structural Engineering
- Design skill knowledge good in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit (Preferred) Photoshop, Microsoft Office and other related design software including excel.
- Strong communication skills including email and internet searching.
- Information and task monitoring
- Be able to work under pressure and with self supervision
- Self motivated, flexible, reliable and honest with long term commitment
- Good command in written and spoken English.
