Position: Sales Manager (Songsaa Private island)__Deadline:18-September

Song Saa Private Island is Cambodia’s first private island resort, setting new benchmarks for luxury and sustainability. This award-winning five-star property has 24 luxurious villas built with sustainable materials and the most profound respect for the environment.

The Sales Manager will support Song Saa’s vision to deliver an award-winning, world-class experience across its multiple business platforms. This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual who embraces Song Saa’s vision of high-end, responsible tourism.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Devise and implement short-term quarterly action plans to drive critical activity and meet key objectives.
  • Understand the competitive luxury property landscape feeder market dynamics and changing customer needs.
  • Develop and design attractive offers and packages for guests and travel agents and specific tactical campaigns during periods of low occupancy.
  • Support in the implementation of promotions and initiatives and maximise resort exposure.
  • Manage key accounts and key prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives.
  • To arrange and manage familiarisation trips as and when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyse sales results.
  • Ensure accurate and effective communication with all the department teams.
  • Drive total hotel revenue and take ownership of the achievement of budgeted revenue streams.
  • Ensure sales-related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.
  • Develop departmental SOPs and conduct various sales-related training sessions with the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ year’s experience in Sales for travel agents, DMCs, and luxury hotels and resort
  • Proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to en
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and its dynamics.
  • Able to travel regionally if required.
  • Advanced presentation skills and English communication skills.
  • The position is based in Song Saa’s Phnom Penh Office.
