Working hours: 8:00am-17:00pm | 9:00am – 6:00pm| 10am-7:00pm (working hours rotate), 6days working and 1dayoff
- Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Greet and inform prospects and potential clients about properties
- Greet, inform & consult prospects and potential clients about properties
- Give sales gallery and construction site visits to customers during the construction period
- Create business relations, implement action plans to generate sales opportunities
- Contact sales prospects by phone, email, face-to-face meeting to expand the client base
- Prepare weekly reports on customer care activities and keep track of any market feedback
- Investigate and resolve sales-related issues, coordinate with others departments if needed
- Observe and assess the market conditions on a regular basis, report any relevant finding
- Assist and support clients after the purchase by providing a high standard of customer services
- Ensure that project updates are communicated to customers
- Coordinate with the team to achieve common target
- College/ University degree in Economics Marketing, and other relevant degrees.
- Experience in the field of sales, teleseme, real estate, insurance, securities, banking, customer care, tourism is an advantage
- Customer service oriented, know how to think from the customer perspective
- Real care about company and project’s image, pay great attention to gesture and words used
- Excellent presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
- Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese or other Asian language is a big plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, internet, emailing and presentation to audience
- Passionate about business, want to make a breakthrough change in income
- Ability to withstand high pressure, adapt and work well in a team
