Working hours: 8:00am-17:00pm | 9:00am – 6:00pm| 10am-7:00pm (working hours rotate), 6days working and 1dayoff
Job Summary:
Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province)
- Establish and carry out sales and distribution plans which in line with the company’ strategy
- Establish and fulfill business goals as mandated by sales manager and the BOD; assign goal to each Agent
- create and manage channel budgets and forecasts
- develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing and incentives
- Search, Identify new channels
- Assess channels' capacity and propose to sales manager and BOD to sign a distribution contract
- develop and maintain strong relationship with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- Assisting sales channel in meeting sales' goal. Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- Support, promote, manage and supervise sales activities of agents
- Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
- Coordinate with agents to resolve arising problems, difficulties and problems of customers, helping agents ensure target and comply with regulations of PLHD
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to help channels deploy sales
- monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
- measure and report on the performance of channel partners
- Search, identify and assess new leasing tenants and propose for BOD to develop the commercial area of PLHD
- Bachelor of sales & market, management or related
- Must have good knowledge on market & customer requirement and development
- At least 2 yrs in the role of Agent leaders. Priority is given to those who have worked as an agent leader/manager for a developer/ investor company
- Good ability to organize and manage work. Sharp in business
- Good ability to synthesize, analyze, and evaluate.
- Good situation handling skills
- Have good relationships in the real estate community
- Must be honest, committed, responsible, good attitude & customer services mind set, be able to work as team work, and initiative in carrying out the work
- Under 35 years old, good English
