Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party
- Assist Sales Manager to develop list of prospects and target clients
- Maintain leads to achieve target
- Approach, make cold call, and conduct face to face client meeting
- Prepare sales report and tracking activities, including sales call report, daily/monthly sales activities, etc.
- Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal
- Resolve escalated issues with angry customers.
- Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy
- Prepare sales quotation and contracts under the guidance of Sales Manager
- Process sales order and ensure smooth delivery arrangements
- Help stock shelves in proximity of the cash register
- Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store in an accurate and concise manner
- Process receipts, customer loyalty programs and in store coupons for customers
- Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures
- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records
- Prepare sales report and tracking activities, including sales call report, daily/monthly sales activities, etc.
- Close sales transactions (within shift) and prepare cash count for safe deposit
- Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but is not limited to cash handling and deposits.
- Train and sometimes supervise new cashiers or retail workers
- Ability to conduct comparative market analysis
- Keep update knowledge of the market competitors
- Co-ordinate sales campaign with the florists, creativity team, and other team members
- Build good relationship with the clients

- Degree in sales or marketing or relevant fields.
- Experience in sales at least 2 years. Experience of sales in service or flower shop is an advantage.
- Good in English. Knowledge in Chinese language is an advantage.
- Able to work independently on the task but also work as a team
- Appearance: Good looking and organized
- Personality: Creative/innovative, confident, and dynamic
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, and project management
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
