Position: National Fisheries Information Management System (FIMS) Strategy, Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Planner (NIRAS)__Deadline:27-September

Schedule: Intermittent (Long Term)

Job summary: Consultant skilled in digitalization strategy and policy projects, with experience in Cambodian government management and familiarity with the Fisheries Administration (FiA).

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Draft and develop the ICT policies and procedures to support the operation of the FIMS within FiA
• Develop a multi-year strategic framework for FiA FIMS that aligns with the Government of Cambodia's digitalization policies and MAFF/FiA strategic goals
• Assess the potential for FiA’s ICT policies to be aligned to and certified with the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) standards.

Key Requirements:

• Post graduate qualification in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar related field
• 10 years of general ICT experience in Cambodia
• Experience within the Government of Cambodia and familiarity with the work of the Fisheries Administration (FiA)
• Good command of Khmer and English.
