The
MEAL Manager is creating and implementing an overall MEAL (Monitoring -
Evaluation - Accountability - Learning) system for ICF Social. The Goal
is to standardize processes to strengthen the quality management of ICF
Social.
ICF Cambodia is a dynamic fast-growing church, and nonprofit
organization in Siem Reap. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty
by empowering people to achieve their God given potential. We take care
of over 750 children and their families with our Family Care Program in a
holistic way to improve their living situation long-term. On the ICF

Responsibilities
- Developing the overall MEAL system in order to ensure quality management in ICF Social, managing the system and coordinating its individual phases and deliverables.
- Developing ways of data collection and significant Social Impact measurements.
- Analysis of significant data and creating reports for various target groups
- Coaching Social staff in simplified data collection methods
- Participating in the actual data collection and supporting our team in the process
- Support the Administration Leader in further developing supporting software tools such as Vtiger and Notion
- Coordinating volunteers and freelancers who support ICF Social MEAL management
- Observe the team and interactions with beneficiaries in order to strengthen the quality management
- Graduate High School successfully, preferably holding a Bachelor Degree or other certificate in the area of Education/ Social Work
- Gained knowledge on M&E methods with at least two years of practical experience in M&E
- Excellent English speaking and writing (Advanced level, Skills of policy writing), preferably fluent in Khmer speaking and writing
- Preferably knowledge of V-tiger case management tool
- Ability to plan and implement independently
- High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups, relationship building, and empathy
