He/She
will provide general assistance to the Fundraising Department. He/She
will work closely with Donor Relation and Fundraising Accountants.

Responsibilities

Learn about the CRM system (vTiger):
- make sure the information is up to date and correct
- book every week and finish each month's end correctly
- pull reports or information from the CRM system (VTiger) if needed
- Asist to help preparing tax returns by year's end for all sponsors & Donors
- Assist to update the reports in the share folder every month end
- Prepare a monthly summary Donation reports
- Assist to arrange and submit the finance reimbursement
- Handling and control office stationers

Learn and practice:
- creating series letter (mail merge, google doc, google sheet)
- using Google apps like, Google Calenderm Google Meet, Sheet, Doucments..
- how to reconcile finance reports every months end
- dara & information in the bank Statements
- create forms or tempplates or scripts if needed
- Follow standard operating procedures of the Fundraising Department.
- Coordinate within the team and other departments related to any tasks or projects
- General assistance to the team members
- Support our Business Network Event
- To perform other duties or tasks that may be assigned
- Studying at University in Account/Administration or General Management
- Initiative, able to apply the job confidently with less supervision
- Have a strong interest in Numbers
- Basic customer knowledge, English and Computer skills
- Be opened and willing to learn new things
