- Educational Process Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all educational processes within the institute.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage study schedules, ensuring that all classes and programs are effectively planned and delivered on time.
- Teacher Management: Lead, support, and manage the teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Team Management: Oversee the educational department team, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Educational Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of educational quality, regularly reviewing and improving curricula, teaching methods, and student outcomes.
- Government Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and contributing to policy discussions that impact the institute.
- Proven experience in educational management, preferably within the technology or digital education sector.
- Strong IT skills and experience, with a solid understanding of current trends and tools in technology education.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in educational quality control and continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Khmer language as native.
