Under the supervision of the Admin Coordinator, the driver ensures all aspects of the logistical transport of the project's human and material resources, ensuring compliance with technical and safety conditions, the country's highway code, and Douleurs Sans Frontières' safety rules. "In addition, when the driver is not on a mission, he will support the logistics team by taking care of the vehicles and assisting with office activities.
1. Transport activities of the project's material and human resources

- Provide transport for project staff (in the province or in Phnom Penh), according to management validation. Weekly trips of several days are to be expected (accommodation and per diem covered).
- Comply with established safety and traffic rules and DSF driving standards.
- Keep the vehicle logbook (km, fuel level) up to date and make proper use of the vehicle's technical documentation.
- Regularly check the condition of the vehicle.
- Clean the vehicles (internaly and externaly).
- Define the route based on mission constraints. Provide advice to optimize scheduling.
- Regularly inquires about the availability of fuel (diesel, gasoline, gas) and refill tanks.
- Identify suppliers for vehicle-related purchases (e.g., vehicle maintenance, fuel refills, etc.)
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs on the vehicles (oil changes, small repairs).
- Carrying out small maintenance work at the office (e.g. changing light bulb, fix a frame on the wall)
- Carry small purchase, after request from the logistics team
- Support logistically, when necessary, all activities developed in the project
- At least 3 years working experience as Driver
- Driving licence since more than 3 years, with use of manual vehicules
- Exemplary behavior during missions and ability contribute to representing DSF (courteous attitude, etc.)
- Experience in NGO is a plus
- Excellent and Safe driving skills
- Knowledge of car mechanics and capacity to provide technical advise
- Speaking abilities in Khmer and English; knowledge in French is a plus
