JATI Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Spa & Wellness to lead our spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a high-quality spa experience for our guests, ensuring the highest level of service, and promoting a culture of holistic well-being throughout the resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of spa operations, wellness trends, sales skills, and exceptional customer service.

- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness center, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Develop and implement spa and wellness programs, treatments, and services that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
- Manage and train a team of spa therapists, wellness practitioners, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Monitor and manage the spa’s budget, including revenue and expenses, to achieve financial goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote spa and wellness offerings, driving guest engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for spa and wellness services.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new treatments, products, and services that enhance the guest experience and promote holistic well-being.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and achieving financial targets.
- Strong sales skills with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Previous experience working in a resort or hospitality environment in Cambodia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service and wellness.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and holistic health practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Proficiency in using spa management software.
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or other relevant wellness disciplines is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local wellness traditions and practices is preferred.
