We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Chief Engineer.
Job Location: Bamboo Island, Sihanoukville
Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

- Holding a degree in related engineering is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in roles as Chief Engineer or similar.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical & electrical hotel equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, hot and cold water systems.
- Know how to create maintenance programs for plant rooms and machinery in the hotel.
- Ability to establish the annual operating budget and mathematical calculations for any kind of project.
- Ability to develop the skill of the staff who has no academic technical knowledge with regular conduct training.
- Good in the English language.
- Ability to use a computer, especially for Microsoft Office.
