We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Air Freight Customer Service – Import.
Corporate Unit: DB Schenker (Cambodia) Limited
Location: Phnom Penh
Functional reporting to: Airfreight Supervisor
Handle import shipments from scratch, responsible to provide good services to internal and external customers. Able to solve problem and have on time escalation when require.
- Daily monitor incoming shipments in the system.
- Check and verify with origin for shipment term/incoterm.
- Seek approval to consignee prior uplift the shipment from origin.
- Request MDM to create new NAD & check Sanction list
- Check ODM for documents
- Track and trace till arrival. If delay need to follow up and check with origin team and update to consignee
- Create import shipment in system- update event on time/print arrival notice/authorization letter and issue the invoice
- Request Vendor to perform trucking/customs clearance when customer require Schenker service
- Do cost & revenue accrual when invoice cannot be issued
- Release document to customer/broker - update DRB
- Follow up until POD, update CCD and POD
- Check and verify cost from Vendor/origin - vs reserve
- Support team members – if any
- Other tasks as required by Air Freight Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2years experience of Air Customer Service Import in Freight Forwarder/Logistic industry preferable
- Self-organized (prioritize, plan, execute, self-control)
- Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Customer service skills, creative, active, high discipline and team player
- Fluent in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
