The Youth Intern will assist the Program Officer with day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth operation of the program. This role involves helping youth participants with questions, training equipment, troubleshooting issues, and tracking concerns. Additionally, the Youth Interns will play a key role in organizing and leading youth participants, who are primarily senior high school students. This position is ideal for senior high school students or junior university students looking to gain valuable experience in program management and youth engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Officer in the daily management and implementation of program activities.
• Provide support to youth participants by answering questions, helping with training equipment, and troubleshooting issues.
• Track and document any issues or concerns raised by youth participants.
• Help lead and organize youth participants, ensuring active engagement and participation in program activities.
• Support the planning and facilitation of workshops and other program events.
• Ensure smooth communication between the Program Officer and youth participants.

Key Objectives:

• Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the program.
• Provide high-quality support to youth participants, ensuring they have a positive and impactful experience.
• Assist in organizing and leading program activities to promote active participation and engagement.
• Document and track issues to support continuous program improvement.

Education & Experience:

• Senior high school student or junior university student.
• Interest in program management, youth engagement, or related fields.
• Moderate command of English and Khmer (written and spoken).
• Experience with youth programs or activities is a plus.
• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and supporting training equipment.
