Description:
The social media Officer will be responsible for and assist marketing executive for developing and executing a social media strategy to achieve the organization’s marketing and communication goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our marketing and communications goals.
- Craft compelling captions and headlines to drive audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner in order to get leads.
- Update and manage leads in our CRM system for recruitment team.
- Work closely with graphic designer or videographer to produce engaging content (text, images, video, animations, GIF…) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce and manage monthly social media calendar for all platforms.
- Identify and address any online negativity or brand reputation issues.
- Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on key findings.
- Monthly social media competitor research and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Experiences in social media insights
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create engaging and creative social media content
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
