Kongchak is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resource Officer to join our dedicated team. Job Description:
- Collaborate with management to understand the company’s needs and devise an employee development strategy in accordance
- Plan, develop, and implement policies aimed at promoting employee career growth and satisfaction.
- Evaluate, revise, and maintain our employee benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Set clear and attainable career paths for our team members and implement a strategic succession planning process.
- Develop a robust and effective training and development program to improve employee capabilities and keep them aligned with industry advancements.
- Supervise the HR admin assistant, ensuring accuracy in reports, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field 2-3 years experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the creative industry.
- Understands HR functions, operations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Flexible and efficient at problem solving.
- Competent in HR software and databases.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer.
